Adaptive Training Session

We'll focus on Balance and completing everyday task like lifting things from the ground to a box. Weight lifting will be apart of some workouts, but not all. Cardio like rowing and the ski erg will be used as well. We want to build our athletes up to be able to handle a full day without running low on energy and strength. First session will be free. After that we will talk pricing.
